Here is my first Intarsia project, a standing Miniature Pinscher, consisting of 38 pieces of wood all cut on the scroll saw and then glued together, almost resembling a jigsaw puzzle. Woods used are African Ebony, Walnut, and Oak. Some of the pieces intentionally have different thickness to give the appearance of dimension. Size of the finished dog is 16"x13.5".
